"Floral Pastel" |
LOOK OF THE DAY
One more day! My Lovies...the weekend is upon
us soon so hang in there...xoxo...
It's a scorcher today in London town so a lot
of people including me will be wearing shorts and pieces that are breezy and
light. For today's look of the day I
decided to go with a pastel summer ensemble.
We start off with a plain lavender tank top by
Urban Outfitters paired with floral printed high rise shorts by ASOS, both
items were bought in the sale a few seasons ago. I tucked the tank top into the shorts to give
it a more stylized and polished look and then I belted the look with my trusted
Vintage two toned leather waist belt by Salvatore Ferragamo. As the office I work in can get really cold
and I do mean REALLY cold when the ac is on I decided to bring my monochromatic
striped bouclé style cardigan to keep me warm.
On bottom, I went with my New Look taupe
gladiator sandals for a summery feel and to add as a neutral piece to the look
and you guys know that I will never ever say no to footwear that makes your
legs look longer than they are.
For accessories, I went for layered pieces and
a bit of a statement via a layered cross and arrow head necklaces both by
Topshop, a simple analogue watch by ASOS and statement arm candy in the form of
a wrist and hand chain also by Topshop.
To keep the UV rays blocked I have on my Topshop matte tortoise shell
sunglasses.
Lastly, the chosen bag to go with today's
pairing is my Marks & Spencer chain cross body colour blocked bag.
That's it for today’s LOTD and until the next
time…FASHION IS THE DICTATOR OF TASTE! ...XOXO...
